| IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 08 August 2014 it has been notified by its Management Board member Birgit Noggler (CFO) on the following five acquisitions: - acquisition on 04 August 2014 of 20,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.30 Euro for each share (the total price for all these acquired shares was 46,000 Euro) - acquisition on 05 August 2014 of 10,000 shares at the price of 2.24 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 22,400 Euro) - acquisition on 06 August 2014 of 10,000 shares at the price of 2.20 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 22,000 Euro) - acquisition on 06 August 2014 of 15,000 shares at the price of 2.15 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 32,250 Euro) - acquisition on 07 August 2014 of 5,000 shares at the price of 2.15 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 10,750 Euro). |
