(hereinafter “the Company") hereby announces that the Company received on 23 October 2018 a notification pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, informing that a legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Mr. Oleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of the Company, purchased on 19 October 2018 a total of 161 448 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 12.62 PLN per share, increasing the total shareholding of Agrovalley Limited to 23 770 937 shares following the transaction, such shareholding being equivalent to 71.65% of total shares outstanding.
