Zarząd Ice Code Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu dzisiejszym od Slitherine Software UK Ltd. („Wydawca”) akceptacji kolejnych etapów prac (kamieni milowych), realizowanych na podstawie aneksu do umowy wydawniczej dotyczącej gry Nightmare Frontier, o którego zawarciu Spółka informowała w raporcie ESPI nr 4/2026 z dnia 28 maja 2026 r. Zaakceptowane etapy, obejmują zrealizowanie dodatku DLC 01, wersje "first playable" na konsole oraz warstwę design dla dodatku DLC 02.

Jednocześnie Zarząd wskazuje, że premiera dodatku DLC 01 odbędzie się w nadchodzących tygodniach. Dodatek ten zaoferuje graczom nowy wątek fabularny, 12 elitarnych minibossów rzucających specyficzne wyzwania taktyczne oraz szereg dodatkowych mechanik.

Zarząd przypomina, że przedmiotowy aneks do umowy wydawniczej rozszerzył zakres współpracy z Wydawcą o przygotowanie dodatkowych pakietów rozszerzeń do gry Nightmare Frontier (DLC) oraz jej portowanie na platformy konsolowe PlayStation 5 i Xbox. Zakończenie całości prac objętych aneksem planowane jest do połowy stycznia 2027 r.

Spółka przypomina, że gra Nightmare Frontier zadebiutowała na platformie Steam w formule wczesnego dostępu (Early Access) w dniu 16 czerwca 2025 r., o czym Spółka informowała w raporcie ESPI nr 11/2025 z dnia 5 czerwca 2025 r. Następnie, w dniu 24 października 2025 r., Spółka zawarła ze Slitherine Software UK Ltd. umowę wydawniczą, w ramach której Wydawca sfinansował koszty dokończenia produkcji gry oraz jej marketingu. Premiera pełnej wersji tej gry miała miejsce 22 lipca 2026 r. Wydawca odpowiada również za działania marketingowe i dystrybucję gry na rynkach globalnych.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces that it has today received confirmation from Slitherine Software UK Ltd. (the “Publisher”) of the acceptance of further stages of work (milestones) completed under the amendment to the publishing agreement for the game Nightmare Frontier. The Company announced the signing of the amendment in ESPI Current Report No. 4/2026 dated 28 May 2026. The accepted milestones comprise the completion of the DLC 01 expansion, “first playable” console builds, and the design work for the DLC 02 expansion.

The Management Board also notes that DLC 01 will be released in the coming weeks. The expansion will offer players a new storyline, 12 elite minibosses posing distinct tactical challenges, and a range of additional gameplay mechanics.

The Management Board of Company recalls that the amendment to the publishing agreement expanded the scope of cooperation with the Publisher to include the development of additional expansion packs (DLC) for Nightmare Frontier and the porting of the game to PlayStation 5 and Xbox consoles. All work covered by the amendment is scheduled to be completed by mid-January 2027.

The Company recalls that Nightmare Frontier was released in Early Access on Steam on 16 June 2025, as announced in ESPI Current Report No. 11/2025 dated 5 June 2025. Subsequently, on 24 October 2025, the Company entered into a publishing agreement with Slitherine Software UK Ltd., under which the Publisher funded the costs of completing the game’s development and its marketing. The full version of the game was released on 22 July 2026. The Publisher is also responsible for the game’s marketing activities and worldwide distribution.
