Zarząd Ice Code Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał potwierdzenie od wydawcy, tj. Slitherine Software UK Ltd., że premiera pełnej wersji gry pt. Nightmare Frontier w wersji na PC, odbędzie się 22 lipca 2026 r. Premiera będzie miała miejsce na platformie Steam. Jednocześnie, z uwagi na premierę pełnej wersji tej gry, Spółka zakończy jej dystrybucję w formule Early Access.

Zarząd Spółki przypomina, że gra Nightmare Frontier została pierwotnie wydana w formule Early Access na platformie Steam, a jej premiera miała miejsce 16 czerwca 2025 r. (zob. ESPI nr 11/2025 z dn. 5 czerwca 2025 r.). W dniu 24 października 2025 r. Spółka zawarła ze Slitherine Software UK Ltd. umowę o świadczenie usług wydawniczych, na podstawie której Spółka odpowiada za dalszą produkcję i wsparcie tej gry, a Slitherine Software UK Ltd. pokrywa koszty dokończenia jej produkcji i marketingu, a także jest odpowiedzialny za marketing i dystrybucję Nightmare Frontier na rynkach globalnych.

Zarząd wskazuje, iż IP tej gry jest własnością Spółki, a zgodnie z zawartym 28 maja 2026 r. aneksem do umowy wydawniczej (zob. ESPI nr 4/2026 z dn. 28 maja 2026 r.), Spółka prowadzi również prace nad wersjami tej gry przeznaczonymi na konsole.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces that today it received confirmation from the publisher, Slitherine Software UK Ltd., that the full version of the game titled Nightmare Frontier for PC will be released on July 22, 2026. The release will take place on the Steam platform. At the same time, due to the launch of the full version of the game, the Company will discontinue its distribution under the Early Access model.

The Management Board of Company reminds that Nightmare Frontier was originally released in Early Access on the Steam platform, with its initial launch taking place on June 16, 2025 (ESPI Report No. 11/2025 dated June 5, 2025). On October 24, 2025, the Company entered into a publishing services agreement with Slitherine Software UK Ltd., pursuant to which the Company is responsible for the continued development and support of the game, while the Slitherine Software UK Ltd. covers the costs of completing its development and marketing activities, and is also responsible for the global marketing and distribution of Nightmare Frontier.

The Management Board of Company further notes that the intellectual property rights (IP) to the game are owned by the Company. In accordance with the amendment to the publishing agreement executed on May 28, 2026 (ESPI Report No. 4/2026 dated May 28, 2026), the Company is also developing console versions of the game.
