| Zarząd Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. ("Spółka") informuje, iż w raporcie bieżącym nr 63/2015 z dnia 26 listopada 2015 r. w polskiej wersji językowej omyłkowo wskazana została waluta, w której podano kwotę wpływów z Oferty Publicznej przeznaczoną na obniżenie zadłużenia powiększonej grupy po zakończeniu reorganizacji. W raporcie jest: "Spółka zamierza wykorzystać wpływy z Oferty Publicznej do nabycia Pfleiderer GmbH, z przeznaczeniem 11-12 mln PLN na obniżenie zadłużenia powiększonej grupy po zakończeniu reorganizacji." Powinno być: "Spółka zamierza wykorzystać wpływy z Oferty Publicznej do nabycia Pfleiderer GmbH, z przeznaczeniem 11-12 mln EUR na obniżenie zadłużenia powiększonej grupy po zakończeniu reorganizacji." W pozostałym zakresie treść raportu pozostaje niezmieniona. Raport sporządzono na podstawie przepisów art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. z 2013 r., poz. 1382) oraz § 6 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. z 2014 r., poz. 133). |

| Subject: Correction of the current report no. 63/2015 dated November 26, 2015 Current Report no. 65/2015 Management Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. (the “Company”) announces that in the current report No. 63/2015 dated 26 November 2015 in Polish language verssion the currency of amount of the proceeds from the Public Offering which Company intends to use to reduce the indebtedness of the enlarged group following the completion of the corporate reorganization was indicated erroneously. In the report is: ”The Company intends to use the proceeds to finance the acquisition of Pfleiderer GmbH and PLN11-12m of gross proceeds to reduce the indebtedness of the enlarged group following the completion of the corporate reorganization.” Should be: ”The Company intends to use the proceeds to finance the acquisition of Pfleiderer GmbH and EUR11-12m of gross proceeds to reduce the indebtedness of the enlarged group following the completion of the corporate reorganization.”The remainder of the content of the report remains unchanged. This report was prepared pursuant to Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies. (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2013, Item 1382) and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state of February 19, 2009 (consolidated text: Dz.
