Zarząd Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. („Spółka”) niniejszym zawiadamia, że pozyskał informację o ogłoszeniu w ogólnoholenderskim dzienniku Het Financieele Dagblad, zgodnie z którym jej akcjonariusz większościowy, Globalworth Holding B.V. („Globalworth Holding"), doręczył akcjonariuszom mniejszościowym Spółki, zgodnie z odpowiednimi przepisami prawa holenderskiego, wyrok wydany przez Izbę Przedsiębiorstw Sądu Apelacyjnego w Amsterdamie, w Holandii, z dnia 20 sierpnia 2019 r. W swoim wyroku Izba Przedsiębiorców nakazuje wszystkim akcjonariuszom mniejszościowym Spółki przeniesienie posiadanych przez nich akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki na rzecz Globalworth Holding. W wyroku Izba Przedsiębiorstw ustaliła cenę za akcje podlegającą wypłacie na rzecz akcjonariuszy mniejszościowych na kwotę 1,60 EUR powiększoną o odsetki ustawowe od dnia 28 czerwca 2019 r. do momentu przeniesienia akcji lub złożenia środków w depozycie holenderskiego Ministerstwa Finansów.

	Service made on the minority shareholders of Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. of the judgment rendered by the Dutch Enterprise Chamber regarding their statutory squeeze-out The Board of Directors of Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. (the "Company") hereby notifies that it has taken note of an advertisement in the Dutch national newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad that its majority shareholder, Globalworth Holding B.V. ("Globalworth Holding"), has served the judgment rendered by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeals in the Netherlands dated 20 August 2019 on the Company's minority shareholders, in accordance with the relevant Dutch statutory provisions. In its judgment, the Enterprise Chamber orders all minority shareholders of the Company to transfer their shares in the capital of the Company to Globalworth Holding. In the judgment, the Enterprise Chamber has set the price for the shares to be paid to minority shareholders at EUR 1.60 plus statutory interest as from 28 June 2019 up to the moment of transfer or consignment of the funds into the consignment office of the Dutch Ministry of Finance.
