| CIECH S.A. („Emitent" lub „Spółka”) niniejszym podaje daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2018 roku. Raporty kwartalne: • skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2018 roku, rozszerzony o skrócone sprawozdanie jednostkowe - w dniu 29 maja 2018 roku; • skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2018 roku rozszerzony o skrócone sprawozdanie jednostkowe - w dniu 26 listopada 2018 roku Raport półroczny: • skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2018 roku, rozszerzony o półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie jednostkowe – w dniu 26 września 2018 roku Raporty roczne: • jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2017 – w dniu 26 marca 2018 roku • skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2017 – w dniu 26 marca 2018 roku Podstawa prawna: § 103 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2009 r. nr 33, poz. 259 z późniejszymi zmianami) (dalej: „Rozporządzenie"). Ponadto Emitent informuje, że: • skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zostaną rozszerzone o elementy, o których mowa w § 83 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, wobec czego, zgodnie z tym przepisem nie będą publikowane odrębne jednostkowe raporty kwartalne; • skonsolidowany raport półroczny zostanie rozszerzony o elementy, o których mowa w § 83 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, wobec czego, zgodnie z tym przepisem nie będzie publikowany odrębny jednostkowy raport półroczny; • zgodnie z § 83 ust. 7 Rozporządzenia roczne sprawozdanie zarządu na temat działalności emitenta i roczne sprawozdanie zarządu na temat działalności grupy kapitałowej będą sporządzone w formie jednego dokumentu; • zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, nie będzie publikowany raport kwartalny oraz skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za ostatni kwartał 2017 roku oraz za II kwartał 2018 roku. |

("the Issuer" or " the Company") hereby announces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2018.Quarterly reports:- a consolidated report for the first quarter of 2018, extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 29 May 2018;- a consolidated report for the third quarter of 2018, extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 26 November 2018;Semi-annual report:- a consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2018, extended by the semi-annual abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 26 September 2018;Annual reports:- unit annual report for 2017 - on 26 March 2018;- consolidated annual report for 2017 - on 26 March 2018.Legal basis: par. 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Regulation").Moreover, the Issuer informs that:- the consolidated quarterly reports will be extended to include the elements referred to in par. 83 section 1 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant to this law, no separate individual quarterly reports will be published;- the consolidated semi-annual report will be extended to include the elements referred to in par. 83 section 3 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant to this law, no separate individual semi-annual report will be published;- pursuant to par. 83 section 7 of the Regulation, the annual management report on the activities of the Issuer and the annual management report on the activities of the Group will be drawn up as a single document;- pursuant to par. 101 section 2 of the Regulation, no quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2017 and for Q2 2018 will be published. |
