Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, iż w oparciu o raporty cyfrowych platform dystrybucyjnych oraz dane zebrane od dystrybutorów fizycznych szacuje, że na moment ogólnoświatowej premiery gry Cyberpunk 2077, tj. ujmując zamówienia złożone do dnia 9 grudnia 2020 roku włącznie, gracze złożyli na nią ponad 8 milionów zamówień przedpremierowych (tzw. pre-orders).

Zarząd Spółki zdecydował o podaniu w/w informacji do wiadomości publicznej w formie raportu bieżącego w związku z potencjalnym znaczeniem tej informacji dla decyzji inwestycyjnych inwestorów.

	Current report no. 64/2020 Subject: Disclosure of the quantity of preorders of Cyberpunk 2077 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation – confidential information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that, based on reports filed by digital distribution platforms and data collected from distributors of physical editions, it estimates that, as of the global release of Cyberpunk 2077, i.e. taking into account preorders placed by the end of 9 December 2020, gamers have preordered over 8 million copies of the game. The Management Board has decided to disclose the above information in the form of a current report due to its potential impact on investment-related decisions.
