The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer), in order to complement the Issuer's annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 published on 31 May 2021, hereby publishes selected financial data of the Capital Group, the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Capital Group together with the Independent Auditor's Report on the audit and declaration as well as an adjustment to the Management Board's Report on Operations of the Company and the Capital Group. The correction consists in supplementing the Management Board Report on the Company's and the Capital Group's Business Operations in item 2.2.3 "Assetsand financial position of the Company andthe Capital Group" with financial data of the Capital Group, while the remaining contents of the report remain unchanged.
