| BUWOG AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 21 December 2015 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board’s member on the sale on 21 December 2015 of 3,000 Company’s shares at the price of 19.65 Euro for each share (the total price for all the sold shares was 58,850.00 Euro).
