| Powołanie nowego administratora Raport bieżący nr 9/2017 z dnia 4 października 2017 roku Rada Dyrektorów spółki Atlas Estates Limited z siedzibą w Guernsey („Spółka”) niniejszym zawiadamia, że zgodnie z uzyskaną w dniu 3 października 2017 r. zgodą Komisji Usług Finansowych Guernsey („KUFG”) oraz zawartą w dniu 30 sierpnia 2017 roku umową administracyjną pomiędzy Spółką oraz Maitland Administration (Guernsey) Limited („Maitland”), Maitland została powołana z dniem uzyskania zgody od KUFG na funkcję administratora („Administrator”) Spółki w miejsce Intertrust Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited. W związku z dokonaną zmianą Administratora, siedziba Spółki znajduje się obecnie pod adresem 1 Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WD, piętro 3. | Appointment of the new administrator Current report No. 9/2017, published on 4 October 2017. The board of directors of Atlas Estates Limited with seat in Guernsey (the “Company”) hereby announces that following approval received from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) dated 3 October 2017 and executed administration agreement dated 30 August 2017 between Atlas Estates Limited (“AEL”) and Maitland Administration (Guernsey) Limited (“Maitland”), Maitland has been appointed as the administrator (“Administrator”) of the Company in place of Intertrust Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited effective as of the date of the approval from the GFSC. Following this change in Administrator, the registered office of AEL will be 3rd Floor, 1 Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WD.
