Zarząd XTPL S.A. [“Emitent”, “Spółka”, “XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 19 listopada 2024 r. Spółka potwierdziła zamówienie złożone przez Åbo Akademi University w Turku w Finlandii [„Klient”] na dostawę urządzenia Delta Printing System [“DPS”]. Urządzenie DPS będzie wykorzystywane w pracach badawczo-rozwojowych w obszarach: fotoniki [ang. photonics] oraz elektroniki biomedycznej [ang. biomedical electronics].

Przychody uzyskane z realizacji obecnego zamówienia urządzenia będą miały pozytywny wpływ na wyniki finansowe XTPL S.A. osiągnięte w 2024 r.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał fakt sprzedaży urządzenia DPS za informację poufną, ponieważ jej realizacja może mieć istotny wpływ na przyszłą sytuację przychodową Emitenta, popularyzację rozwiązań technologicznych Spółki, a także na perspektywę postrzegania Emitenta przez inwestorów.

Z przyczyn wyżej opisanych informacje przekazane w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym w opinii Zarządu Emitenta spełniają kryteria informacji poufnej w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 1 MAR.

	Title: Sale of Delta Printing System equipment to Åbo Akademi University in Turku, Finland. Legal basis: Article 17(1) MAR - confidential information. Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] announces that on 19th of November 2024, the Company confirmed an order placed by Åbo Akademi University in Turku, Finlandii ["Customer"] for the delivery of a Delta Printing System ["DPS"] device. The DPS device will be used for research and development projects in the fields of photonics and biomedical electronics. Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2024. The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device to be confidential information, as its realization may have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well as the perspective of investors' perception of the Issuer. For the reasons described above, the information provided in this current report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meets the criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR.
