| Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Emitent”, „Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o zawarciu w dniu 22 lutego 2023 roku umowy z QubicGames S.A. z siedzibą w Siedlcach (dalej jako: „QubicGames”) w zakresie portingu i dystrybucji gry Eroblast na platformie Nintendo Switch (dalej jako: „Umowa”). Na podstawie zawartej umowy QubicGames przygotuje na własny koszt port gry Eroblast i skieruje go do certyfikacji na platformie Nintendo w terminie 9 miesięcy od dnia przekazania przez Emitenta kodu gry. Sposób rozliczenia prowizji z dystrybucji gry na platformie Nintendo nie będzie odbiegał od standardów rynkowych. Jednocześnie z zawarciem ww. umowy Emitent i QubicGames zawarły aneks do umowy z 11 grudnia 2019 (o zawarciu której Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 41/2019 z 11 grudnia 2019), na mocy którego strony postanowiły o zakończeniu współpracy w zakresie wydania na platformę Nintendo gry Mayhem Combat. |

(hereinafter: "Issuer", "Company") hereby announces that on February 22nd, 2023, it entered into an agreement with QubicGames S.A., headquartered in Siedlce, Poland (hereinafter: "QubicGames") for the porting and distribution of the game Eroblast on the Nintendo Switch platform (hereinafter: "Agreement").</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-46a4b410-7fff-e832-293d-566a96235f13"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#212529">Pursuant to the concluded Agreement, QubicGames will prepare, at its own expense, a port of the Eroblast game and direct it for certification on the Nintendo platform within 9 months from the date of transfer of the game code by the Issuer. The method of settlement of commissions from distribution of the game on the Nintendo platform will not differ from market standards.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-46a4b410-7fff-e832-293d-566a96235f13"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#212529">Simultaneously with the conclusion of the aforementioned agreement, the Issuer and QubicGames concluded an annex to the agreement of December 11, 2019 (the conclusion of which was announced by the Issuer in Current Report No. 41/2019 of December 11, 2019), pursuant to which the parties decided to terminate their cooperation on the release of the game Mayhem Combat for the Nintendo platform.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-46a4b410-7fff-e832-293d-566a96235f13"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#212529">Disclaimer: This English translation has been prepared solely for the convenience of English-speaking readers.
