Telefonia Dialog to find investor by June/July
Telefonia Dialog, a telecom subsidiary of the copper company KGHM Polska Miedz, plans to pick a new investor by June or July, according to the company's CEO Katarzyna Muszkat. Muszkat also said that, under the company's strategy for 2002-2010, which is to be accepted by KGHM next week, Telefonia Dialog is to achieve net profit in 2004, and provides for gradual increase of revenue form services other than terrestrial telephony. The company plans to invest PLN 500mn (USD 121mn) this year in addition to PLN 562mn spent on investment projects last year. Its debt amounts to about PLN 1.5bn (USD 360mn). ISB,kp,bb
