Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w raporcie bieżącym nr 16/2026 z dnia 25 czerwca 2026 r. doszło do omyłki polegającej na podaniu niewłaściwej funkcji dwóch członów Rady Nadzorczej nowej kadencji: Przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej – Pana Piotra Romanowskiego oraz Wiceprzewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej – Pana Tadeusza Wesołowskiego. W załączeniu Spółka przekazuje prawidłową wersję raportu. |

Correction of Current Report No. 16/2026 dated June 25th, 2026 – correction of a clerical error The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, Poland (the "Company") hereby informs that Current Report No. 16/2026 dated June 25th, 2026 contained a clerical error consisting in the incorrect indication of the functions of two members of the Supervisory Board for the new term of office: the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Piotr Romanowski, and the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Tadeusz Wesołowski.
