| Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [Spółka, Emitent] informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym tj. 4 marca 2021 r. Emitent otrzymał potwierdzenie podpisania z firmą Wittchen S.A. umowy przedłużającej na kolejne 12 miesięcy dotychczasowej współpracy, obejmującej rynek polski i rynki zagraniczne [w tym czeski, ukraiński, węgierski i niemiecki] na wykorzystanie technologii opartej na Artificial Intelligence Spółki w zakresie silnika wyszukiwarki, silnika rekomendacji oraz marketing automation. O współpracy z Wittchen S.A. Emitent informowała raportem bieżącym ESPI nr 3/2020. Spółka kontynuuje także rozwój na rynku czeskim i słowackim, podpisując umowy z firmami z branży budowalno-wykończeniowej m.in. z słowacką firmą Merkury Shop s.r.o. na usługę silnika rekomendacji na rynku słowackim, polskim i węgierskim oraz z czeskim sklepem Riteli.cz na usługę SmartSearch oraz silnik rekomendacji. Łączna wartość podpisanych kontraktów w ujęciu rocznym mieści się w przedziale 300 – 350 tys. zł [67-80k EUR]. Warunki realizacji ww. umów, w tym w zakresie możliwości odstąpienia od nich czy naruszenia ich warunków, nie odbiegają od warunków powszechnie stosowanych dla tego typu umów. Zawarcie ww. umów to efekt rozwoju kanału „direct”. W ocenie Spółki ww. kontrakty będą mieć wpływ na dalsze polepszenie wyników Spółki w bieżącym roku obrotowym. |

| Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. [Company, Issuer] informs that today, i.e. on March 4, 2021, the Issuer has received confirmation of signing with Wittchen S.A. an agreement extending the current cooperation for another 12 months, covering the Polish market and foreign markets [including Czech, Ukrainian, Hungarian and German markets] for the use of technology based on the Company's Artificial Intelligence in the field of search engine, recommendation engine and marketing automation. The Issuer informed about cooperation with Wittchen S.A. in the current report ESPI No. 3/2020. The Company also continues its development on the Czech and Slovak markets by signing contract with the company from the construction and furniture industry i.a. the Slovak company Merkury Shop s.r.o. for the recommendation engine service on the Slovak, Polish and Hungarian market and with the Czech store Riteli.cz for the SmartSearch service and the recommendation engine. The total value of the contracts signed on an annual basis is in the range of PLN 300 - 350 thousand PLN [EUR 67-80 thousand]. The conditions for the implementation of the above-mentioned contracts, including the possibility of withdrawing from them or breaching their terms, do not differ from the terms commonly used for this type of contract. Conclusion of the above-mentioned contracts are the result of the development of the "direct" sales channel. In the opinion of the Company, the above the contracts will have an impact on the further improvement of the Company's results in the current financial year. |
