The management board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that as per 30 December 2013, Photon Energy N.V. extended the due date of 31 December 2013 for a EUR 6 million (PLN 25.975 million) loan facility to 30 April 2014. The interest rate and outstanding balance remain unchanged. Legal basis: § 3 ust. 2 point no. 2 of the Appendix 3 to Resolutions of the Alternative Trading System \"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System\". -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zarząd Photon Energy N.V. informuje, iż w dniu 30 grudnia 2013 roku, Photon Energy N.V. przedłużył termin spłaty, upływający w dniu 31 grudnia 2013 roku, kredytu w wysokości 6 milionów euro (25,975 milionów zł) do dnia 30 kwietnia 2014 roku. Oprocentowanie oraz saldo pozostały bez zmian. Podstawa prawna: §3 ust. 2 pkt 2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu \"Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect\".
