| The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that with respect to the transfer of 15,456 shares of Photon Energy N.V. to employees within the Company’s employee shares programme, Photon Energy NV decreased its direct share in the capital of Photon Energy N.V. from 2.45% to 2.42%. Prior to the conclusion of the above transactions, Photon Energy NV held 1,497,979 shares in the Company, accounting for 2.45% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. As of today, Photon Energy N.V. holds 1,482,523 shares, which account for 2.42% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. |
