| Zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Zarząd spółki PCF Group S.A. („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2025. Raporty roczne: - jednostkowy raport roczny za 2024 rok – 23 kwietnia 2025 r. - skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 rok – 23 kwietnia 2025 r. Raporty kwartalne: - skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 roku – 28 maja 2025 r. - skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 roku – 26 listopada 2025 r. Raport półroczny: - skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2025 roku – 24 września 2025 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych i jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. Spółka informuje o zamiarze przekazywania w 2025 roku skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o której mowa w § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2025 roku, zawierającego półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Ponadto Zarząd Spółki informuje, że Spółka odstępuje od publikacji jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2024 roku oraz skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II i IV kwartał 2025 roku zgodnie z regulacją § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia. |

| Schedule of periodical reports disclosure by PCF Group S.A. in 2025Pursuant to § 80 Section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (the “Regulation”) the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the scheduled dates of disclosing periodical reports in 2025. Annual reports: ⦁ Standalone annual report for 2024 – 23 April 2025 ⦁ Consolidated annual report for 2024 – 23 April 2025 Quarterly reports: ⦁ Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 – 28 May 2025 ⦁ Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 – 26 November 2025 Semi-annual report: ⦁ Consolidated report for the first half of 2025 – 24 September 2025 Simultaneously, the Management Board informs that pursuant to the provisions of § 62 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish standalone quarterly or semi-annual reports. The Company informs that it intends to present in 2025 consolidated quarterly reports including the standalone quarterly financial statements as referred to in § 62 Section 1 of the Regulation as well as to present the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 including the semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements as referred to in § 62 Section 3 of the Regulation. Moreover, pursuant to § 79 Section 2 of the Regulation the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company refrains from disclosing of the standalone and the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2024, the second quarter of 2025 and the fourth quarter of 2025. |
