| Na podstawie § 80 ust.1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), Zarząd Orange Polska S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o datach przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2023 roku. Zgodnie z § 62 ust.1 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie publikuje odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych a skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierają kwartalne informacje finansowe. Pursuant to Article 80(1) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“the Decree”), the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs about the publication dates of the interim reports in 2023. Under Article 62(1) of the Decree, the Company has not been publishing separate standalone quarterly reports, and its consolidated quarterly reports contain the quarterly financial information.
