O emisji obligacji serii E Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 156/2014.
Obligacje będą przedmiotem ubiegania się o wprowadzenie do Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu Catalyst prowadzonego przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.
Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące subskrypcji obligacji serii E, zgodne z § 4 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu, zostaną przekazane odrębnym raportem bieżącym.

The Management Board of Leasing - Experts SA based in Wrocław ("the Company", "Issuer") announces that on 23 December 2014 passed a resolution under which allocated 3000 series E bonds, issue price of one bond (which is equal to its nominal value) was 1.000,00 PLN, and therefore, the Company acquired 3,000,000.00 PLN.
These funds will be used for development of the Issuer's leasing company.
The Company was informed about issue series E bond in current report No. 156/2014.
The bonds will be sought for the introduction of the Alternative Trading System Catalyst operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Detailed information on the subscription series E bonds, in accordance with § 4. 1 of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System, will be forwarded to a separate current report.
