Nieruchomość została nabyta celem oddania w użytkowanie klientowi na podstawie umowy leasingu finansowego o której Spółka poinformowała w raporcie bieżącym nr EBI 98/2014 z dnia 05 września 2014 roku.

§ 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with its seat in Wrocław ("the Company") announces that on December 01, 2014 received information on entering by the District Court in Oława, V Division of the Land Registry, the ownership right to real-estate located in Oława for Leasing-Experts S.A. The Company informed about the acquisition of real-estate in the current EBI report No. 99/2014 dated September 05, 2014
The real-estate was bought to give it into use to the client on the basis of financial leasing agreement which the Company informed in the current report No. 98/2014 the EBI of September 05, 2014.
