| <html> <head> </head> <body> <p> <font face="Times New Roman"></font> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"> <span lang="EN-GB"><font size="12.0pt" face="Calibri Light,sans-serif">The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (hereinafter - “the Company") hereby informs that due to a recent change of the Company’s external, independent auditor, publication of the audited consolidated annual report for 2018 will be postponed until 31 May 2019. Meanwhile, the Company’s un-audited consolidated annual report for 2018 will be published no later than 30 April 2019. </font></span><br/><span lang="EN-GB"><font size="12.0pt" face="Calibri Light,sans-serif">As previously reported, the Board of Directors of the Company recently appointed C-CLERC S.A. as external, independent auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2018. This recent appointment requires additional time for the auditors C-CLERC S.A. to work on the consolidated annual report.</font></span> </p> <span lang="EN-GB"><font size="12.0pt" face="Calibri Light,sans-serif">Due to the aforementioned, the publication of the audited consolidated annual report of KSG Agro S.A. for 2018 will be postponed until 31 May 201</font></span><font size="12.0pt" face="Calibri Light,sans-serif"><span>9</span><span lang="EN-GB">.
