(the Company) informs that before the transaction (settled on 7th September 2011) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Generali OFE) held 719 699 shares (seven hundred nineteen thousand six hundred ninety nine) which represented 4,82% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. After the transaction Generali OFE holds 759 971 shares (seven hundred fifty nine thousand nine hundred seventy one) which represented 4,82% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. |
