Contents of the report:
Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that 2,090,000 new ordinary bearer shares of the Company without indication of a nominal value bearing code LU0327357389 (“Shares”), issued pursuant to the share capital increase of which the Company informed in the current report no 40/2019 dated 27 December 2019, were registered in the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierow Wartościowych, “NDS”) and admitted to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) on 3 April 2020. The Shares were registered in the NDS pursuant to resolution no. 256/2020 of the Management Board of the NDS dated 27 March 2020 and admitted to trading on the WSE pursuant to resolution no. 259/2020 of the Management Board of the WSE dated 1 April 2020.
