ICMVISION: The suspension of the ICM shares trading

The Board of Directors of iCom Vision Holding, a.s. informs about the suspension of the ICM shares trading based on WSE decision Nr.643/2014 issued on May 30, 2014. The trading of shares will be suspended since June 2, 2014. It is a consequence of the Mandate Agreement termination (EBI Report No.: 8/2014, 30.4.2014). The Board of Directors has not signed a new Mandate Agreement for market animation yet. The Board of Directors is in touch with a couple of brokerage companies however the Board of Directors waits for decision to arrange delisting of the Company's shares from NewConnect market. The decision will be made on General Meeting held on June 3, 2014 (EBI Report No.: 12/2014, 7.5.2014). Legal basis: § 3.2.6 of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules (\"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market\").
