| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 29/2022 z 15 grudnia 2022 r., Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”, „Spółka”) informuje, iż podjął decyzję o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu rocznego GPW za 2022 r. i skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego Grupy GPW za 2022 r., z 16 marca 2023 roku na 12 kwietnia 2023 roku. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że z wyprzedzeniem przekaże wstępne szacunkowe skonsolidowane dane finansowe za IV kwartał 2022 r. Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku, w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Change of the publication date of the Annual report for 2022 and Consolidated annual report for 2022 Current Report No 1/2023 Date: 23 February 2023 Topic: Change of the publication date of the Annual report for 2022 and Consolidated annual report for 2022 Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information Content: With regard to the current report No. 29/2022 of 15 December 2022, the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“Exchange”), hereby informs about its decision to change the publication date of the Annual report for 2022 and Consolidated annual report for 2022, from 16 March 2023 to 12 April 2023.At the same time, the Company informs that it will provide in advance preliminary estimated consolidated financial data for the fourth quarter of 2022.Legal basis: § 80 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state. |
