| W związku z opublikowaniem przez dziennik „Rzeczpospolita” informacji na temat nowej strategii Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”, „Spółka”, „Giełda”), zawierających również założenia wyrażone w liczbach, GPW informuje, że nowa strategia znajduje się obecnie w końcowym etapie jej tworzenia oraz uzgodnień jej ostatecznego kształtu z Radą Nadzorczą Spółki. GPW podkreśla, że informacje opublikowane przez „Rzeczpospolitą” przedstawiają jedynie potencjalne scenariusze założeń rozwoju Giełdy w najbliższych latach, a przytoczone liczby w żadnym wypadku nie powinny być traktowane jako prognoza wyników finansowych Spółki na przyszłe lata. GPW nie publikuje prognoz finansowych. Wyniki finansowe Spółki są w zbyt dużym stopniu uzależnione od czynników pozostających poza jej wpływem i z tego też względu są obarczone zbyt dużym ryzykiem ich niezrealizowania. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) Nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 roku w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE („Rozporządzenie MAR”). |

| Current Report No. 34/2016Date: 22 September 2016Legal basis of the report: Art. 17(1) of the MAR Regulation - Inside informationTopic: Clarification of the information published by media concerning the new strategy of Warsaw Stock ExchangeContent:Due to the information published by "Rzeczpospolita" newspaper about the new strategy of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("GPW", "Company", “Exchange”) that presents the assumptions including also financial factors, GPW informs that the works on the new strategy are still ongoing, have entered the final stage and are currently being consulted with the Supervisory Board of the Company.GPW underlines, that the information published by “Rzeczpospolita” are only potential scenarios of the Exchange’s development in the upcoming years, and the numbers that have been presented should not be referred to as the official financial forecast of future financial results of the Company.GPW has never published financial estimates.
