(The “Company”) informs its Dear Investors about the following based on the notification of the Romanian operation: The Supreme Court rejected the transfer of the application for annulment submitted by E-Star Mures Energy to another district court. As a result, the previous decision of the Marosvásárhely District Court, in which it rejected our request for a retrial regarding late interest calculated on the compensation amounts awarded due to the breach of the concession contract, cannot be annulled.
