Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Gliwicach [„Spółka”, „Emitent”], w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 10/2026 z dnia 21 września 2026 roku dotyczącego gry „Arizona Truck Driver” [„Gra”] realizowanej przez Spółkę we współpracy z Meta Platforms Technologies LLC w ramach projektu o nazwie kodowej „Hermes” informuje, że data premiery Gry została ustalona na dzień 21 października 2026 roku.

Premiera Gry odbędzie się w formule Early Access na platformie Meta Quest 3 oraz Meta Quest 3S za pośrednictwem sklepu Meta Horizon Store. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że cena Gry na moment premiery została ustalona na poziomie 14,99 USD.

W raporcie bieżącym ESPI nr 10/2026 Spółka informowała o planowanej premierze Gry w październiku 2026 roku oraz o udostępnieniu jej strony produktowej w Meta Horizon Store. Ustalenie dokładnej daty premiery stanowi doprecyzowanie przedstawionego wcześniej harmonogramu wydawniczego Projektu.

„Arizona Truck Driver” jest grą symulacyjną VR, w której gracz wciela się w kierowcę ciężarówki, realizuje zlecenia transportowe oraz eksploruje świat inspirowany Arizoną, korzystając z mechanik rozgrywki zaprojektowanych z myślą o wirtualnej rzeczywistości.

Premiera Gry w formule Early Access rozpocznie kolejny etap rozwoju Projektu. Po udostępnieniu Gry użytkownikom Spółka planuje jej dalszą rozbudowę poprzez aktualizacje zawartości, rozwój funkcjonalności oraz optymalizację produktu.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższą informację za istotną ze względu na znaczenie Projektu dla działalności Spółki, ustalenie konkretnej daty premiery Gry oraz określenie jej ceny sprzedaży, co stanowi kolejny etap przygotowań do komercjalizacji Projektu.

Determination of the release date and price of “Arizona Truck Driver” in Early Access

The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered office in Gliwice [the “Company”, the “Issuer”], with reference to Current Report ESPI No. 10/2026 dated 21 September 2026 concerning the game “Arizona Truck Driver” [the “Game”], developed by the Company in cooperation with Meta Platforms Technologies LLC under the code name “Hermes”, hereby announces that the release date of the Game has been set for 21 October 2026.

The Game will be released in Early Access on the Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S platforms through the Meta Horizon Store. At the same time, the Issuer announces that the launch price of the Game has been set at USD 14.99.

In Current Report ESPI No. 10/2026, the Company announced that the release of the Game was planned for October 2026 and that its product page had been made available on the Meta Horizon Store. The determination of the exact release date constitutes a further specification of the previously announced release schedule of the Project.

“Arizona Truck Driver” is a VR simulation game in which players take on the role of a truck driver, complete transportation assignments and explore a world inspired by Arizona, using gameplay mechanics designed specifically for virtual reality.

The release of the Game in Early Access will mark the beginning of the next stage of the Project's development. Following the release, the Company plans to further expand the Game through content updates, the development of new functionalities and product optimization.

The Management Board of the Issuer has deemed the above information material due to the significance of the Project to the Company's operations, the determination of the Game's specific release date and the establishment of its selling price, marking another stage in the preparations for the commercialization of the Project.
