Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Gliwicach [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 9/2026 dotyczącego realizowanego przez Spółkę we współpracy z Meta Platforms Technologies LLC projektu o nazwie kodowej „Hermes” [„Projekt”], informuje, że rynkowy tytuł Projektu to „Arizona Truck Driver” [„Gra”]. Emitent informuje, że w dniu 21 września 2026 roku została udostępniona publiczna strona produktowa Gry w Meta Horizon Store w formule „Coming Soon”, umożliwiająca użytkownikom platformy dodanie Gry do listy życzeń przed jej premierą. Jednocześnie, zgodnie z aktualnym harmonogramem realizacji, premiera Gry na platformie Meta Quest 3 w formule Early Access planowana jest w październiku 2026 roku. „Arizona Truck Driver” jest grą symulacyjną VR, w której gracz wciela się w kierowcę ciężarówki, realizuje zlecenia transportowe oraz eksploruje świat inspirowany Arizoną, korzystając z mechanik zaprojektowanych z myślą o rozgrywce w wirtualnej rzeczywistości. Udostępnienie strony produktowej Gry oraz ustalenie terminu premiery stanowią kolejny etap procesu przygotowania Projektu do udostępnienia użytkownikom. Na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu Spółka prowadzi końcowe prace obejmujące w szczególności kontrolę jakości [QA], optymalizację oraz przygotowanie wersji Gry przeznaczonej do publikacji. Premiera w formule Early Access rozpocznie jednocześnie kolejny etap rozwoju Projektu. Po premierze Spółka planuje dalszą rozbudowę Gry poprzez kolejne aktualizacje zawartości, funkcjonalności oraz optymalizację produktu. Subject: Determination of the release date of “Arizona Truck Driver” in Early Access and launch of the product page on the Meta Horizon Store Content: The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered office in Gliwice [the “Company”, the “Issuer”], with reference to Current Report ESPI No. 9/2026 concerning the project developed by the Company in cooperation with Meta Platforms Technologies LLC under the code name “Hermes” [the “Project”], hereby announces that the commercial title of the Project is “Arizona Truck Driver” [the “Game”]. The Issuer announces that on 21 September 2026, the public product page of the Game was made available on the Meta Horizon Store under the “Coming Soon” status, enabling platform users to add the Game to their wishlist prior to its release. At the same time, in accordance with the current development schedule, the release of the Game on the Meta Quest 3 platform in Early Access is planned for October 2026. “Arizona Truck Driver” is a VR simulation game in which the player takes on the role of a truck driver, completes transportation assignments and explores a world inspired by Arizona, using gameplay mechanics designed specifically for virtual reality. The launch of the Game’s product page and the determination of the planned release period constitute another stage in the process of preparing the Project for release to users. As of the date of publication of this report, the Company is carrying out final works, including in particular quality assurance [QA], optimization and preparation of the version of the Game intended for publication. The release of the Game in Early Access will also mark the beginning of the next stage of the Project’s development. Following the release, the Company plans to further develop the Game through subsequent content updates, new functionalities and product optimization. The Game’s product page on the Meta Horizon Store is available at: https://www.meta.com/experiences/arizona-truck-driver/8670558623021730/ Additional information about the Game is available at: https://carbonstudio.pl/arizona-truck-driver/ The Issuer further notes that the planned release date of the Game and the schedule for its further development are indicative and may be subject to change depending on the progress of the final works related to preparing the Game for publication and the processes carried out by the owner of the Meta Quest platform. The Management Board of the Issuer has deemed the above information material due to the significance of the Project to the Company’s operations, the disclosure of the Game’s commercial title, the achievement of another stage in the process of preparing the Game for publication, and the determination of a specific timeframe for its planned release.
