Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Gliwicach [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje o rozpoczęciu prac nad projektem „The Wizards: Remastered” stanowiącym odświeżoną wersję gry „The Wizards”, której pierwotna premiera miała miejsce w marcu 2018 roku.

Celem projektu jest przygotowanie zmodernizowanej wersji oryginalnej produkcji, dostosowanej do współczesnych standardów technologicznych oraz oczekiwań użytkowników gier VR z zachowaniem charakterystycznych elementów pierwowzoru.

Na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu Spółka nie określiła daty premiery gry. Szczegółowy zakres planowanych zmian, docelowe platformy oraz harmonogram wydawniczy zostaną przedstawione w późniejszym terminie.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

Subject: Commencement of Development Work on a Remastered Version of “The Wizards”

The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., with its registered office in Gliwice [the “Company”, the “Issuer”], hereby announces the commencement of development work on “The Wizards: Remastered”, a remastered version of the game “The Wizards”, originally released in March 2018.

The objective of the project is to develop a modernized version of the original game, adapted to current technological standards and the expectations of VR gaming users, while preserving the distinctive features of the original title.

As of the date of publication of this report, the Company has not yet determined the release date of the game. Further details regarding the planned improvements, target platforms, and release schedule will be announced at a later date.

The Issuer's Management Board considers the commencement of development work on the project to be material information due to the recognition of “The Wizards” brand and its significance in the Company's business activities to date.

The Company will provide updates on subsequent material milestones in the development of the project in accordance with applicable regulations.
