Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Gliwicach [„Spółka”, „Emitent”], w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 11/2026 dotyczącego ustalenia daty premiery oraz ceny gry „Arizona Truck Driver” [„Gra”], realizowanej przez Spółkę we współpracy z Meta Platforms Technologies LLC w ramach projektu o nazwie kodowej „Hermes”, informuje o zmianie terminu premiery Gry.

Pierwotnie ustalona na dzień 21 października 2026 roku premiera Gry została przesunięta na 22 października 2026 roku.

Gra zostanie udostępniona w formule Early Access na platformach Meta Quest 3 oraz Meta Quest 3S za pośrednictwem sklepu Meta Horizon Store. Pozostałe warunki premiery, w tym ustalona cena Gry wynosząca 14,99 USD, pozostają bez zmian.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższą informację za istotną ze względu na znaczenie Projektu dla działalności Spółki oraz zmianę wcześniej ogłoszonego terminu premiery Gry, stanowiącego element harmonogramu komercjalizacji Projektu.

Postponement of the Early Access release of “Arizona Truck Driver” to 22 October 2026.

The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered office in Gliwice [the “Company”, the “Issuer”], with reference to Current Report ESPI No. 11/2026 concerning the determination of the release date and price of the game “Arizona Truck Driver” [the “Game”], developed by the Company in cooperation with Meta Platforms Technologies LLC under the code name “Hermes”, hereby announces a change to the release date of the Game.

The release of the Game, originally scheduled for 21 October 2026, has been postponed to 22 October 2026.

The Game will be released in Early Access on the Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S platforms through the Meta Horizon Store. All other release conditions, including the previously announced price of USD 14.99, remain unchanged.

The Management Board of the Issuer has deemed the above information material due to the significance of the Project to the Company's operations and the change to the previously announced release date of the Game, which forms part of the Project's commercialization schedule.
