| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2022 oraz raportów rocznych dotyczących tego roku: 1. Raporty roczne 2021 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2021 – 3 marca 2022 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2021 – 3 marca 2022 r. 2. Raporty kwartalne 2022 - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2022 r. – 12 maja 2022 r. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2022 r. – 10 listopada 2022 r. 3. Raport półroczny 2022 - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2022 r. – 11 sierpnia 2022 r. 4. Raporty roczne 2022 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2022 – 2 marca 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2022 – 2 marca 2023 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Banku informuje, iż działając na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Bank odstępuje od publikacji jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2021 r. oraz za II i IV kwartał 2022 r. Zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Zarząd Banku oświadcza, że w roku 2022 skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierać jednostkowe kwartalne informacje finansowe, a skonsolidowany raport półroczny będzie zawierać półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe. Podstawa prawna § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Schedule of periodical reports disclosure by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in 2022 current report no. 47/2021 date: 20 December 2021 The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces the scheduled dates of disclosing periodical reports in 2022 as well as reports related to this year: 1. Annual reports 2021 - Stand-alone annual report for 2021 – 3 March 2022 - Consolidated annual report for 2021 – 3 March 2022 2. Quarterly reports 2022 - Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 – 12 May 2022 - Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 – 10 November 2022 3. Semi-annual report 2022 - Consolidated report for the first half of 2022 – 11 August 2022 4. Annual reports 2022 - Stand-alone annual report for 2022 – 2 March 2023 - Consolidated annual report for 2022 – 2 March 2023 Simultaneously, the Management Board of the Bank, acting pursuant to Article 79 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (“the Ordinance”), has refrained from disclosing of the stand-alone and the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021, the second quarter of 2022 and the fourth quarter of 2022. Pursuant to Article 62 items 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, the Management Board of the Bank declares that in 2022 the consolidated quarterly reports will include the stand-alone quarterly financial statements and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the abbreviated semi-annual stand-alone financial statements. Legal basis § 80 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states. |
