Total purchase consideration for 100% of shares amounts to EUR 2 611 thousand. The Company is engaged in providing its clients with tour operator as well as other related services. The Company acts as a tour operator from the year 2010 and historically it offers to its clients a wide range of holiday tours into resorts of Turkey, Egypt, United Arab Emirates and Bulgaria. This year the Company will start operating under the brand of KIDY Tour. |
