Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) niniejszym informuje, że weszła w życie umowa jaką ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE z siedzibą w Dubaju, Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie – spółka zależna od ASBIS, zawarła ze spółką Apple Distribution International Ltd. („Apple”), z siedzibą w Cork, Irlandia. Na podstawie zawartej umowy Apple ustanowił ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE jako niewyłącznego, niezależnego dystrybutora produktów Apple z wartością dodaną w Algierii, Beninie, Mali, Mauretanii, Gwinei, Burkina Faso, Nigrze, Gwinei Bissau, Ghanie, Wybrzeżu Kości Słoniowej, Sierra Leone, Liberii, Republice Zielonego Przylądka i Togo. Podpisana umowa ustanawia ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE autoryzowanym dystrybutorem iPhone, komputerów Mac, iPadów, telewizorów Apple, Apple Watch oraz akcesoriów Apple. Niniejsza umowa ma charakter ramowy i została zawarta na czas nieokreślony. ASBIS MIDDLE EAST jest już w pełni przygotowany do obsługi kontraktu, a pierwsze dostawy zostały już zrealizowane. Po zawarciu niniejszej umowy ASBIS poprzez swoje spółki zależne jest autoryzowanym dystrybutorem produktów Apple w 25 krajach. |

Title: Authorized Distribution Agreement with Apple for the resale of Apple products in the West and North Africa. Legal basis: Art. 17 ust.1 MAR – inside information Message: The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) hereby informs that the agreement concluded by ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE (“Authorized Distributor”) with its registered office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates – a subsidiary of ASBIS, with Apple Distribution International Ltd. (“Apple”) with its registered office in Cork, Ireland has entered into force. Based on the signed agreement, Apple appointed ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE as a non-exclusive independent Value-Added Distributor of Apple Products in Algeria, Benin, Mali, Mauritania, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea Bissau, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cape Verde and Togo. The signed agreement establishes ASBIS MIDDLE EAST FZE as an authorized distributor of iPhones, Mac, iPads, Apple TVs, Apple Watch and Apple accessories. This agreement is of a framework nature and has been concluded for an indefinite period. ASBIS MIDDLE EAST now is totally set up and the first shipments have occurred recently. Following the conclusion of this agreement ASBIS is now, through its subsidiaries, an authorized distributor of Apple products in 25 countries. |
