Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. („Bank”) informuje o rejestracji w dniu 30 czerwca 2026 r. przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego zmian w Statucie Banku, przyjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Banku w dniu 29 kwietnia 2026 r. w uchwale nr: 31/2026 („Uchwała”).

Treść Uchwały oraz tekst jednolity Statutu Banku uwzględniający zmiany w niej przyjęte stanowią załączniki do niniejszego raportu.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 1) Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Content of the report: The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs of the registration on June 30, 2026, by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, the amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association, adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on April 29, 2026, under resolution No. 31/2026 (“Resolution”).

The content of the Resolution and the consolidated text of the Bank’s Articles of Association including the amendments adopted therein, are presented in attachments to this report.

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
