Buy out of the O25 series bonds
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the "Company", "Issuer") informs that on March 1, 2022 it redeemed 585 units of O25 series bonds for cancellation.

Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 6) of the Exhibit 3 "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market" to the Alternative Trading System Rules
