WSE: Resolution No. 1402/2016 - XSYSTEM S.A.

Resolution No. 1402/2016 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 30 December 2016 concerning the introduction to alternative trading system on Catalyst of bearer bonds series F, FA and FB issued by the company XSYSTEM S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 5.1 in connection with § 3.1 and 3.2 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce to alternative trading system on Catalyst following bearer bonds issued by the company XSYSTEM S.A. each at PLN 1.000:

1) 451 series F,

2) 283 series FA,

3) 440 series FB.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
