| Current report no. 09/2017 dated 12 July 2017 Subject: Resignation of Dr. Thomas Buchholz as Chairman of the Executive Board; appointment of Dr. Wolfgang Hiller as new Chairman of the Executive Board Legal basis: Article 17.1 of Market Abuse Regulation Content: The Executive Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the “Company”) was informed by the Company’s Supervisory Board today that Dr. Thomas Buchholz resigned from his office as Chairman of the Company’s Executive Board by mutual consent effective from August 2, 2017. Mr. Buchholz will continue to support the Company as senior advisor through 2019. The Supervisory Board furthermore informed the Company’s Executive Board that it has appointed Dr. Wolfgang Hiller as new Chairman of the Company’s Executive Board effective from August 2, 2017; Dr. Karsten Obenaus will continue to act as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Furthermore, the Company informs that on 29 June 2017 it decided to delay disclosure of information on commencement of negotiations with Dr. Thomas Buchholz regarding his resignation from position of the Chairman of the Executive Board and commencement of discussions regarding potential replacement candidates for the position of the Chairman of the Executive Board.
