| Current report no. 07/2017 dated 12 June 2017 Subject: Changes to the Supervisory Board composition Legal basis: Article 17.1 of Market Abuse Regulation Content: The Executive Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") hereby informs that the local court of Ludwigshafen am Rhein appointed today Mr. Donald J. Stebbins and Mr. Kerry A. Shiba as members of the Company´s Supervisory Board, effective June12, 2017. The appointment is valid until the end of the upcoming shareholders' meeting of the Company scheduled for August 1, 2017. Mr. Stebbins and Mr. Kerry are Board Members of Superior Industries International Inc. ("Superior"), the majority shareholder of the Company. On May 31, 2017 Superior had announced that it holds 92.29% of the Company´s shares following the successful completion of Superior's public tender offer to all Company's shareholders on May 30, 2017. Mr. Stebbins serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Superior since 2014; Mr. Shiba as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Superior since 2010 The current member of the Company's Supervisory Board, Dr. Wolfgang Baur, continues to be on the Company´s Supervisory Board. As announced earlier in the Company's current report no. 03/2017 dated 4 April 2017 of the Company, Mr. Ralf Schmid and Mr. Michael Schmid have resigned from the Company Supervisory Board on May 30, 2017 with effect from May 30, 2017.
