The subject of the agreement is providing services in favor of the Company by Invest Concept Sp. z o. o. as an Authorised Advisor, including cooperation with the Company in fulfilling its disclosure obligations set out in the Alternative Trading System Rules.
The agreement is valid and is in effect and will come into full scope of activities on January 14th, 2016.
