Company signed an Annex to the Agreement on Authorised Advisor’s services with Grant Thornton
Frąckowiak spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k., of which the Company announced in the
current EBI report no. 30/2015 on September, 10th 2015.
The subject of the Annex to the Agreement is providing consultancy services in favor of the Company by
Grant Thornton Frąckowiak spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. in the process of introducing
of 7 320 000 the Company’s shares with the par value of HUF 200 each onto NewConnect market.
The agreement is valid and is in effect from the date of signing.
Legal basis: § 3 subparagraph 2 point 18 of the Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the
Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
