The Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. ("the Company") informs that Alíz Lieberné Nagy has resigned from the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee and announced it to the Company on the 1st of August 2016.
The resignation is in effect already, as the compulsory number of members of both the Supervisory Board and of the Audit Committee is secured.

Legal basis:
§3.1.7 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
