Contents of the report:

In accordance with the requirements of art. 115c, para. 4 of LPOS “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies all shareholders of the Company about the decision of the AGM of “Sopharma” AD that took place on October 30, 2026 regarding the type and amount of the voted dividend for 2026, the terms and conditions for its payment:

The General Meeting of Shareholders voted against the Board of Directors' proposal and adopted a proposal made by a shareholder to distribute a gross dividend of 0.068 euros (6.8 euro cents) per share.

The right to receive dividends is granted to persons registered in the the central securities register as shareholders on the 14th day after the day of the General Meeting at which the annual financial report for 2026 was adopted and a decision was made to pay a dividend, namely November 13, 2026 (dividend record date); respectively, ex-dividend date – November 12, 2026; starting date for dividend payment – November 27, 2026.

In accordance with the Regulations of "Central Depository" AD, the dividend will be paid as follows: for shareholders with client accounts with investment intermediaries - through the respective investment intermediary; for shareholders without accounts with investment intermediaries - through the branches of "Eurobank Bulgaria" AD (Post Bank) in the country.

We draw the attention of all foreign shareholders who wish to provide original documents for avoiding double taxation to do so no later than November 10, 2026 at the address: Sofia 1756, 5 “Lachezar Stanchev” Str., Tower A, floor 11, at the attention of the Investor Relations Department (contacts for additional information ir@sopharma.bg / +359 2 8134 319).
