| The Supervisory Board of SLEEPZ AG (ISIN DE000A2E3772) today decided to appoint Mr. Achim Hirsch as the sole member of the Management Board of the Company. At the same time, the Supervisory Board and Mr. Alexander von Tschirnhaus agreed that Mr. von Tschirnhaus would resign from the Management Board with immediate effect for personal reasons in agreement with the Supervisory Board, but would remain available to the Company. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. von Tschirnhaus for his commitment and the work he has done.
