| Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 20 maja 2025 roku jedyny wspólnik Spółki – Xtellus Capital Partners, Inc podjął uchwałę o zmianie statutu Spółki. Zgodnie z prawem siedziby Spółki, zmiana nie wymaga rejestracji i jest skuteczna z chwilą podjęcia uchwały. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że zmiana jej firmy i formy prawnej na Serinus Energy Limited będzie skuteczna z chwilą rejestracji na Jersey, o czym Spółka poinformuje odrębnym raportem. Nowy tekst jednolity statut stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu. |
