Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz akcjonariuszy Emitenta posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 24 czerwca 2026 r. ("WZ"):

1. Benevora Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji 2.943.160 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 5.875.160 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 38,48% akcji na WZ oraz 52,78 % głosów na WZ oraz 26,90% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;

2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 1.901.000 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.901.000 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 24,85% akcji na WZ oraz 17.08% głosów na WZ oraz 8,71% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;

3. CapitalS Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji 944.617 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.494.617 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 12,35% akcji na WZ oraz 13,43% głosów na WZ oraz 6,85% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;

4. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 1.137.229 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.137.229 głosów co stanowiło odpowiednio 14,87% akcji na WZ oraz 10,22% głosów na WZ oraz 5,21% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;

5. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” 710.319 akcji Spółki akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 710.319 głosów co stanowiło odpowiednio 9,29% akcji na WZ oraz 6,38% głosów na WZ oraz 3,25 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

Zgodnie z listą obecności na WZ reprezentowani byli akcjonariusze posiadający 7.649.160 akcji uprawniających do wykonywania 11.131.160 głosów.

Ogólna liczba akcji w Spółce wynosi 18.355.474 i daje prawo do 21.837.474 głosów.

Shareholders Controlling at Least 5% of the Votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Selvita S.A. Convened on June 24, 2026

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company”) hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5% of the votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company ("GSM") convened on June 24, 2026:

1. Benevora Family Foundation in formation 2,943,160 shares of the Company, which entitled it to exercise 5,875,160 votes, representing 38.48% of the shares at the GSM, 52.78% of the votes at the GSM and 26.90% of the total number of votes, respectively;

2. Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund 1,901,000 shares of the Company, which entitled it to exercise 1,901,000 votes, representing 24.85% of the shares at the GSM, 17.08% of the votes at the GSM and 8.71% of the total number of votes, respectively;

3.CapitalS Family Foundation in formation 944,617 shares of the Company, which entitled it to exercise 1,494,617 votes, representing 12.35% of the shares at the GSM, 13.43% of the votes at the GSM and 6.85% of the total number of votes, respectively;

4. Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund 1,137,229 shares of the Company, which entitled it to exercise 1,137,229 votes, representing 14.87% of the shares at the GSM, 10.22% of the votes at the GSM and 5.21% of the total number of votes, respectively;

5. PZU “Złota Jesień” Open Pension Fund 710,319 shares of the Company, which entitled it to exercise 710,319 votes, representing 9.29% of the shares at the GSM, 6.38% of the votes at the GSM and 3.25% of the total number of votes, respectively.

According to the attendance list, shareholders holding 7,649,160 shares entitling them to exercise 11,131,160 votes were represented at the GSM.

The total number of shares in the Company is 18,355,474, entitling to 21,837,474 votes.
