Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 19 maja 2026 roku zawiadomienia sporządzonego na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 1) oraz art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 2 lit. a) ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, od Powszechnego Towarzystwa Emerytalnego Allianz Polska Spółka Akcyjna, działającego w imieniu i na rzecz funduszu: Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny („Fundusz”).

W wyniku transakcji opisanej w przedmiotowym zawiadomieniu, tj. zakupu akcji Spółki przez Fundusz przeprowadzonej w dniu 12 maja 2026 roku łączny udział Funduszu w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki wzrósł powyżej progu 5% i wynosi obecnie 5,07%.

Treść zawiadomienia stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

Receipt of a Notification under Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Company”), hereby informs that on May 19, 2026, the Company received notification prepared pursuant to Article 69(1)(1) and Article 87(1)(2)(a) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska Spółka Akcyjna, acting in the name of and on behalf of the funds: Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the “Fund”).

As a result of the transaction described in this notification, i.e. the purchase of the Company’s shares by the Funds carried out on May 12, 2026, the Fund’s total share in the overall number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting increased above the 5% threshold and currently amounts to 5.07%.

The content of the notification constitutes an appendix to this current report.
