| Zarząd spółki Ronson Development SE („Emitent”) przekazuje wstępną informację o liczbie sprzedanych i przekazanych lokali przez spółki z grupy Ronson w drugim kwartale 2024 roku: 1. Liczba lokali sprzedanych w drugim kwartale 2024 roku wynosi 88 lokali, w tym 28 lokali zostało sprzedanych w projekcie Miasto Moje, a 24 lokale w projekcie Ursus Centralny. 2. Liczba lokali przekazanych klientom w drugim kwartale roku 2024 wynosi 187 lokali, w tym 81 lokali zostało przekazanych w projekcie Nowa Północ, 79 lokali w projekcie Osiedle Vola, 8 lokali w projekcie Ursus Centralny. Emitent wyjaśnia, że ostateczne dane operacyjne dotyczące sprzedaży i przekazań lokali zostaną opublikowane we właściwych raportach okresowych. Ponadto Emitent wyjaśnia, że liczba lokali sprzedanych jest to liczba lokali, w stosunku do których zostały zawarte z klientami przedwstępne umowy sprzedaży lub umowy deweloperskie. | Subject: Preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by the Ronson group companies in second quarter of year 2024 The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the “Issuer”) announces the preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by Ronson group companies in second quarter of year 2024: 1. The number of units sold in second quarter of year 2024 amounts to 88 units, out of which 28 units were sold in Miasto Moje project and 24 units in Ursus Centralny project. 2.The number of units delivered to customers during second quarter of year 2024 amounts to 187 units, out of which 81 units were delivered in Nowa Północ project, 79 units in Osiedle Vola project, and 8 units in Ursus Centralny project. The Issuer explains that the final operational data on the sale and delivery of units will be published in the appropriate periodic reports. The Issuer also explains that the number of sold units is a number of units, for which the preliminary sale agreement or the developer contract was signed with customers. Legal basis Article 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
